Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms govern your organization’s use of Orange Fleet. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

1. The service

Orange Fleet is a software platform for fleet compliance, maintenance, safety, and telematics management. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and keep sign-in credentials secure. Organization admins are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, and removing access for people who leave.

Shared workstations should use the automatic sign-out setting. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

3. Trial, subscription and payment

New organizations receive a 30-day free trial. Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend access for unpaid accounts after notice.

4. Your data

You own all data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and giving any required notice to drivers and employees for the data you collect, including GPS location and dashcam video.

5. Compliance responsibility

Orange Fleet helps track regulatory obligations (such as CVIP, Schedule 4, National Safety Code, FMCSA hours-of-service, driver qualification and drug & alcohol records), but it does not replace your legal obligations or professional advice. You remain responsible for your fleet’s compliance and for verifying AI-generated results and reminders.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another organization’s data, reverse-engineer the platform, upload malicious content, or use it to harass or unlawfully monitor individuals.

7. Third-party services

Integrations with telematics providers, storage providers, and messaging services are subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where practical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including regulatory fines or lost profits.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may terminate for material breach. After termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
